I specialize in supporting first-generation Americans and individuals from immigrant and multicultural families. Many of my clients grew up navigating two worlds, balancing family expectations, cultural values, and survival instincts while trying to build a life that actually feels like their own. Together, we work to identify and change long-standing patterns, often rooted in early life experiences. A central focus of my work is inner child healing, addressing unmet emotional needs that may show up as people pleasing, shame, difficulty setting boundaries, excessive guilt, or feeling disconnected from your own needs and voice.
