Now accepting clients! I am a recent graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, honoring each person’s unique experiences while building coping skills, self-awareness, and tools to manage emotional challenges.
