I am dedicated to empowering individuals through their mental health journey, by challenging and replacing negative thoughts and behavior patterns through an evidence-based cognitive behavioral approach. The goal is to build trust and a positive rapport to create a safe space along with total confidentiality to allow the client to be able to feel comfortable discussing, processing and understanding their emotions. My goal is to help clients learn and practice skills that will help them through any current struggles and life challenges, that will become life-long effective coping skills that will positively shape their lives.
