As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with what matters most to you. I work with adults 18+, including young adults navigating independence, parents managing everyday stress, caregivers supporting loved ones with disabilities or dementia, and individuals facing end-of-life decisions. I also have a strong commitment to serving military members, Veterans, and their families. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from several evidence-based methods to best meet your individual needs. I am guided by strength-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered principles, which means we will focus not only on the difficulties you face, but also on the resilience, values, and resources you already carry.
