I’m Ellie, a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. My approach to therapy is holistic, inclusive, and empathetic, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore emotions, grow, and heal. I draw on a combination of experiential, solution-focused, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), along with Attachment Theory, to guide our work together. My goal is to help you identify the challenges that are holding you back, set meaningful goals, and work toward healing and resilience.
