I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Treatment Victim Advocate with 4 years of experience supporting adults and older teens. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or identity challenges and simply want to feel better, however that looks like for them. My approach is grounded in meeting you where you are, offering a mix of empathy, real talk, and humor when it fits.
