I am currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University in the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program. My areas of interest include working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, relational challenges, and developmental trauma. Before entering the counseling field, I worked extensively in roles serving women and children, which deepened my passion for supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions. I am particularly interested in how the body holds experience and in integrating somatic awareness and mindfulness into therapy.
