I understand that life's challenges can sometimes feel insurmountable, but I believe in the power of compassion, resilience, and renewal. Together we will uncover repressed emotions and hold space for the younger self. As a therapist trained at a doctoral level with a specialty in trauma, my education and diverse clinical experience shaped my understanding of the human psyche and the effects of trauma.
