I am a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor supervised by Patrick Griffis, LMHC. I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Oswego. I am passionate about providing non-verbal methods to assist clients of all ages in accessible self-expression and has experience using art and play in therapy. I work from a person-centered perspective, focused on the innate capacity for growth fostered through a safe counseling environment. I believes that counseling is most effective when clients are actively involved and given the autonomy to share their needs and wants for services throughout the counseling process.
