My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself so you can live a more connected and fulfilling life. With a warm and direct counseling style, I am passionate about working with teens and young adults, adults, couples, and families. I concentrate on supporting clients in specific areas, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief/loss, self-worth issues, relationships, co-parenting, and life adjustments.
