Why are we here, and what are we meant to do? How do we relate to each other well? Together, we can help you make sense of these questions and more. If you're looking for someone down-to-earth and thoughtful to accompany you as you sift through the pieces, you've come to the right place. I invite anyone (18+) to come work with me, if you think you'd like to show up and dig deep. As a therapist belonging to the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, disabled, and neurodivergent communities, I often focus on working with these communit(ies). I aim to help you reconnect with your fullest self, your communities, and what matters to you. I use an eclectic mix of modalities, grounded first and foremost in liberation psychology and anti-oppressive practice. I'm usually reading a new book or two to learn more about techniques, approaches, and emerging research to be able to better help my clients.
