I work with individuals navigating life and work issues. Trained in the area of Maternal Mental Health, I work with new moms, dads, and families experiencing pre and postpartum issues including depression/anxiety, relationships, and loss. Alongside my mental health clinical expertise, I have corporate operations, leadership, and management experience which enables me to work with key executives and staff. Through my depth of clinical and corporate experience I am able to relate to the interconnected impact of work and personal life on the whole person and their relationships and support clients in reaching goals in each area.
