Hi, I’m a compassionate and culturally responsive therapist offering therapy that is both grounded and depth-oriented. During sessions, I integrate the body, inner parts, dreams, and symbols to support meaningful change. I hold therapy as a space that honors personal healing within larger social and relational contexts. I’m especially well-suited for clients who are open to intuitive exploration alongside a clinical grounding. I have over 15 years training in non-dual healing and mindfulness based practices. This experience helps me guide people to deeper somatic awareness and presence.
