English | español Hi I am Elsa Arce, a Bilingual (Spanish-Speaking) LMHC, Abundance Certified Coach and a Shamanic Reiki Master. Trained as a traditional clinical therapist, I provide therapy/coaching for young adults, couples, and families with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, and family relational stress. In addition, I practice nontraditional evidence-based Energy Psychology therapies. I have a private practice in Westchester, NY. My services are provided via Zoom at this time.
