Hi there, I'm Elsa! I love life and people and the love of those two things has shaped me into who I am today and is the reason why I do what I do. I am a licensed Bilingual (Spanish/English) clinical social worker who earned her master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I utilize a trans-theoretical approach that is client-centered, considers the person in their environment, and have included evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy in my treatment to name a few but do not limit myself to unique holistic practices as well.
