Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially during times of transition when so much is changing at once. Whether you’re adjusting to new life roles, working through relationship struggles, or healing from past trauma, I provide a safe and supportive space to process and grow. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, with my specialty including working with older teens and young adults. Many of the individuals I support are navigating life transitions, processing the lasting impact of trauma, or navigating interpersonal relationships. I also work to support and empower survivors of domestic violence.
