Elyse is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who received her master's degree from Pace University. She has provided diverse and holistic practices throughout New York and enjoys creating a safe, interactive space where individuals can learn to construct more confidence and comfort within themselves. She always remains patient and honest and is an avid believer that any mind has the power to change with practice, readiness and awareness.
