Let's trust fall into life! As a collective we are experiencing abundant changes that affect our mood and perceptions of life. Our brains can find change threatening and exhausting. I believe that therapy is a journey and should be an experience granted to all. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Chopra Certified Coach and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with my Master’s Degree from Pace University. I have provided diverse, holistic practices throughout the Tri-state area and enjoy creating a safe space where you can learn to construct more confidence and comfort within yourself.
