Welcome! I am so happy that you are here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege (LMHC-D) serving clients in New Jersey and New York. I am passionate about working with individuals navigating life transitions, including postpartum challenges, depression, and anxiety. In our sessions, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore concerns, build insight, and develop practical tools to promote healing and emotional well-being. In the first session, we'll focus on creating a sense of safety and collaboration. I'll introduce the core ideas of therapy, including how our brains are shaped by evolution, learning, and life experiences—and how this can explain patterns like self-criticism, anxiety, or shame without blame. We'll begin to explore your goals for therapy and what brings you.
