Sometimes, no matter what we try, we get a little stuck. That’s where counseling can help. I work with children, teens, and adults who feel held back, overwhelmed, or frustrated by OCD, anxiety, doubt, fears, depression or trauma. In our work together, we collaborate to build understanding, skills, and confidence—helping you overcome challenges and move toward a more meaningful life. I use evidence-based evidence-based approaches rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m also trained in EMDR and integrate it when appropriate to treat trauma-related concerns.
