I, along with my therapy dog Goose, are here to offer affordable and flexible therapy services in person or via telehealth. As a counselor I want to help you identify your skills and strengths, while offering compassion, support, and resources. I believe in building relationships and designing personalized therapy options. It is my goal to "meet clients where they are at." As a client of mine you take the lead - what is it you want to accomplish or overcome? Or perhaps you feel disconnect from yourself or others and don't know what to do.
