Ember and Bloom is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) virtually in California. Our ideal client is an LGBTQIA+ adult who appears high-functioning but feels emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity-related stress, or relationship challenges. Weekly therapy hasn’t been enough—they need more structure and support without hospitalization. They want affirming care without having to explain their identity, practical tools for daily life, emotional stability, deeper self-understanding, and a sense of hope, connection, and alignment with who they truly are.
