I have extensive experience supporting individuals of all ages while they process and heal from past trauma, leading to exploration of the next chapter of the story of their lives. I have a special interest in supporting individuals coping with chronic health struggles and life-altering illness. I am passionate about connecting with Nature and using the outdoors as a therapeutic tool. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and strengths-based.
