With over seven years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, adversity and other life stressors, I have witnessed that trauma and stress are not simply our thoughts but deeply embedded in our minds and bodies, causing impact to the whole person. This understanding has informed my approach through helping individuals regulate their stress response and nervous system and understand underlying needs so they can feel more empowered, grounded and in control of their emotions, thoughts, and reactions. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that change is possible through safe and heard.
