The Beverly Center for Trauma Therapy, PLLC provides services to the community using a neutrality in counseling philosophy, meeting you where you are in your beliefs. We strongly feel that all people have the right to make their own choices and encourage clients to make choices that will promote their mental health in alignment with their own personal beliefs. I use a variety of counseling approaches; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Modified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychoanalysis, Non-Directive and Directive Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
