Are you struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or just feeling like life is too overwhelming to manage on your own? When support hasn’t been there, it’s natural to rely on coping strategies just to get by, but sometimes those strategies no longer serve us. Therapy offers a safe space to explore what’s working, gently shift what isn’t, and discover new ways forward. I’m passionate about supporting people who feel like they’ve had to carry too much alone. I work primarily with adults (and adolescents on a case-by-case basis) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. I also have a strong commitment to providing affirming care for individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both NM and CO with 14 years of experience in the field. My approach is relational and somatic-based. Together, we’ll pay attention to your nervous system and how reconnecting with your body can be healing.
