I work with adults facing substance use challenges, insomnia, or patterns of anger that affect their relationships and daily life, and help you reconnect with what truly matters. My work focuses on addiction recovery, anger management and insomnia. In a warm, non-judgmental online space, I draw on your strengths so you can feel more grounded and confident.
