Welcome to Embodied-Wellness, a trauma-focused therapy and wellness collaborative, providing a holistic, client centered approach to healing. Our services include specialized care for Trauma, and folks experiencing high levels of chronic stress or PTSD. We are dedicated to supporting our clients with care and compassion in a nurturing environment founded on trust, openness and genuine connection. We believe a strong therapeutic relationships is built on collaboration, respect for both the current narrative and historical experiences; promoting safety, cultivating connection, encouraging self-compassion, and supportive healing. All modalities are grounded in empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for every person's unique experience. We see couples, families and individuals, and provide group therapy.
