I recognize the impact of trauma in my client's lives and seek to help them embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. Many of the clients I support are dealing with the effects of past traumas, which may manifest as emotional distress, physical symptoms, or challenges in daily functioning. You may be seeking support for managing body-based distress and are open to exploring body-based tools for healing outside of cognitive therapy. Many of the modalities I use are based on the understanding that trauma is not only a psychological experience but also a physiological one, involving the body's nervous system.
