The process of beginning or continuing therapy can feel confusing. I value supporting and empowering clients through the therapy process. I have established experience working with children, teens, transitional-age youth, young adults, and families. Traditional talk therapy isn’t right for everyone, at every stage of life. That’s why I offer my experience in drama therapy and therapeutic art approaches as resources for our sessions together.
