Whether you are struggling with painful childhood memories, attachment injuries, a sudden loss, frustrated dreams, relationship problems, or overwhelming emotions, you can get through it! Therapy is the place where I will hold the space for you to courageously show up, tell your story and continue your healing process. I use attachment theory to help individuals and couples cultivate healthy, secure, and fulfilling relationships. My specialties include working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, burnout, and identity. I support couples understand and communicate their needs to decrease distress and deepen their connection.
