Hello! I am Jennifer Pollock, LCSW, and I believe that healing begins when we uncover how past pain connects to the present. Together, we can find understanding, relief, and lasting peace. Since 2002, I’ve been honored to help people move from darkness and distress toward light, hope, and lasting strength. Together, I help clients uncover the connections between their past and present pain, as well as identifying themes in the pain, opening the door to deep healing and growth. I have been trained in and utilizing EMDR therapy since 2002, and I offer EMDR in both an Intensive format as well as on-going therapy. I also offer EMDR Consultation for clinicians, whether someone is working toward their EMDR Basic Training credential, their EMDRIA- Certified Therapist credential, or would just appreciate occasional EMDR assistance.
