I am licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of experience in practice as a counselor. I have worked with adults that struggle with many different life challenges such as depression, divorce, infertility, anxiety and depression or who are just having a difficult time dealing with life. My role as a therapist is to empower my clients to make necessary changes in order to live their best life and to teach them both positive and healthy coping skills to accomplish their goals.
