As a counselor, my mission is to create a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. I believe everyone’s story is unique, and I work to understand each client’s journey and help them find purpose. Using an existential approach, I guide clients in exploring meaning, identity, and personal growth. I also incorporate HeartMath techniques and EmWave Pro technology to help clients manage emotions and develop self-regulation. Together, we work toward a path of fulfillment and emotional well-being. I have a passion for working with a diverse range of clients. No matter the situation, I believe that healthy communication is key to mental well-being. Whether it's learning to speak more kindly to ourselves or fostering deeper, more empathetic conversations with others, I believe that improving our internal dialogue can lead to better external relationship
