I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who cares deeply about helping people heal, improve relationships, achieve their goals, and become their best selves. I provide individual therapy to adults who are ready to embrace positive change through journeying within. I specialize in the treatment of trauma but I also help people experience relief from anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, relationship struggles, shame, and inner criticism. I am strengths focused with a holistic approach that encompasses mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects that make us who we are. I am trained in EMDR therapy, but I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities which are tailored to fit each individual's needs. I also also offer Christian Counseling to those who request it. Therapy is a collaborative, joint venture where knowledge and skills are combined to create meaningful solutions and positive outcomes.
