Since 2010, my intention in working with my clients has been to hold a safe and confidential space that supports self-exploration and awareness, connection, curiosity, and personal growth. I understand that asking for help can be uncomfortable and even scary because vulnerability requires a lot of bravery. Therapy takes work, and healing takes time and is not linear. The therapeutic fit and dedication on both ends are vital parts of this process, and I believe it's worth it. In my space all identities, genders, shapes, sizes, colors, races, divergent brains, cultural beliefs, and different abilities will be accepted and protected.
