Psychotherapist Francis Weller says that "Grief and Love are sisters". As a clinician, I believe that painful emotions, when transformed, can become a rich soil from which life can grow. My goal is to hold a safe container for clients to explore the questions that live in their minds and bodies, and help them connect to their hearts as they find those answers. I am passionate about working with trauma survivors, individuals navigating anxiety and depression, and couples struggling to communicate. I seek to honour each client's deeply personal experience, as well as their roles within their communities.
