I am a student of the human condition. My career has spanned the fields of massage therapy, Yoga, theater arts, and now counseling. I hold a lifetime curiosity about how stress, pain, trauma, and navigating the nervous system relate to ongoing mental health challenges. I have had the privilege to work with clients in a wide range of communities, with a wide range of abilities and challenges and I look forward to building an inclusive, holistic practice as a mental health counselor. I am particularly drawn to the intersections of eating disorders, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ community.
