Life can be stressful. How we navigate stress has everything to do with how we were attuned to in our earliest years of life. High Vibrations Healing was created as a space to decrease that stress, stabilize your energetic internal systems and gain more access to regulation at a deep nervous system level. I believe everyone is meant to experience safety and healing in this lifetime. As a trauma informed somatic and energy healer I have created a unique space that includes a combination of somatic touch and Reiki (hands on or off) combined with sound healing to provide boosts of clarity, energy and deep somatic wellness.
