I am currently accepting new clients beginning in January, with availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I specialize in working with women who have experienced trauma, addiction, or challenges in relationships. If you have ever felt lost, overwhelmed, or alone in your struggles, you are not alone—and you do not have to navigate healing by yourself. My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive. I see myself as a guide, walking alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner strength and capacity for healing.
