I have gained extensive experience working with young adults (18 and older), adults, and couples. Issues common to those with whom I work are life transitions, relationship and family issues, premarital and marital counseling, depression and anxiety, grief, emotion regulation, trauma and abuse, and autism. I work very collaboratively and take the time to fully understand your concerns. I find that it is important to consider external factors related to an issue such as one's relationships, current stressors and past major life events as well as internal factors such as one's beliefs, thoughts and emotions.
