For the past 20 years, I’ve helped clients navigate through issues like grief and loss including life transitions, cultural issues, and the impact of trauma, as well as working with depression, anxiety, and relational stressors. Besides being a therapist, I am also a certified grief counselor. With empathy and insight, I strive to help clients speak the unspeakable and manage the unmanageable, as they integrate their past while progressing towards their goals in the present.
