I like working with clients with trauma, anxiety or depression to help them feel better and safer. I also enjoy working with children and adolescents with autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergent struggles in conjunction with their families to help them achieve the most success at home and school. I can do traditional therapies (dbt, cbt, etc) in addition to expressive arts, play and pet-assisted therapies.
