An LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I practice Attachment Focused- EMDR and cultivate genuine relationships with my clients in a warm, nonjudgmental space. I work with individual andults and have specific experience working with queer, trans, poly, and ace clients. My treatment approach is sex positive, grounded in social & racial justice, and centered on the dignity and worth of the individual. Together we clarify the changes that are most important to you, identify barriers to growth, work toward personal acceptance and breaking negative thought patterns. I offer online remote as well as outdoor/in-person sessions.
