I have over 18 + years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, grief and trauma. I practice from a person-centered, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approach. A strong therapeutic relationship creates the necessary foundation for emotional growth, as well as being able to approach the work with creativity and curiosity. I work to create a safe therapy space for clients to explore their lives, feelings, thoughts, beliefs, identify their strengths, build coping skills, and work towards healing.
