I believe in guiding clients through the often challenging yet rewarding journey toward emotional and mental wellness. Everyone’s definition of wellness is unique, and I strive to help you discover what that looks like for you. I primarily support adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem struggles, perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, breakups, and more. After seven years in the corporate world, I understand the pressures of burnout and the toll chronic stress can take on well-being. My approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and ACT. I value understanding how past experiences may shape current patterns, while also helping clients build practical tools to manage emotions, shift unhelpful thinking, and move toward meaningful change.
