Hello! I'm Emily. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and adults who are navigating various impacts of trauma. Much of my work has been centered on addressing trauma occurring within the context of relationships. Therefore, I see the therapeutic relationship as the most important aspect of therapy, and show up in a compassionate and authentic way that allows for development of a trusting relationship. As our relationship strengthens we may explore the strategies you have used to survive and cope during difficult life experiences, while also acknowledging how these strategies may no longer be serving you.
