I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC-23480). I have a passion for helping others who are struggling with mental health disorders ranging from depression to psychosis. I specifically enjoy engaging with clients who have experienced trauma and work with them to gain a better understanding of themselves and how their mental health can affect their everyday life. I have experience working with clients in an individual therapy setting, crisis/acute care, as well as inpatient care. I have a person-centered approach and believe that each client knows themselves best and has the autonomy to determine their own needs in therapy.
