Having the opportunity to assist someone on their journey of improving their mental health and reaching their goals is a privilege. I enjoy supporting people of all ages, including children, teens, and adults, as they navigate life transitions, anxiety (including social and school-based anxiety), depression, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and traumatic life events. I specialize in working with youth, teens, and emerging adults and have experience providing therapy in school-based, community mental health, and a group private practice settings.
