Hello, If you are here, you are looking for help for yourself or a loved one. That is where I come in. My name is Emily. I am a trauma-informed therapist, pickleball and ceramic enthusiast. I enjoy working with people across all points of life, beliefs, and difficulties. I believe in our ability as humans to change as well as well as our autonomy. I work with clients with Anxiety, Depression, Complex trauma, and more. I am trained but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and informed in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
